Below you will see the Ameripanel home building construction process guide. This guide will show you how to assemble everything we carry, including log home kits and all of the many other prefabricated homes that we carry. All of these are simple to assemble and require very little prior knowledge of construction. All you will need is a crew of three to four people to build any of the prefab log homes or any of the other superior prefabricated homes that we supply.

Pour a simple foundation (such as the footer shown above).
Home can be installed on either a slab, a basement or
a crawlspace, the choice is up to the homeowner!

Once your foundation is complete you install your floor
joists and sub-floor decking |

Next, wall panels are installed (usually completed in
about half a day with a crew of about 3-4 people)

Wall panels are easy to install as each 4'x 8' x 6 5/8"
panel weighs only 125 lbs |

Panels fit together almost like a puzzle with 3"x 5
1/2" thermal splines placed in between

Here, walls are about 60% completed |

Door openings are easily cut into the panels using the
Prazi Beam Cutting tool (Included with every kit-see

Foam is scooped out of window openings easily using
an electric hot-wire foam cutting tool (included with
every kit-see "About our kits"

Windows are installed after openings are cut |

After walls are put in place, the roof system is installed |

The next step is to prepare the house for your siding, this customer used Tyvek wrap around the whole house. |

The house is complete, this customer chose a beautiful
siding, however you can use any type of exterior finish
