so we will try to make it as simple for you as we can. We can ship virtually anywhere in the world. We have sold hundreds of homes across the US and chances are
we have a home close to your area. We are members of the Better Business Bureau (BBB), The Structural Insulated Panel Association (SIPA), and the
United States governments Energy Star Program.
We have a dedicated staff in each department. Our departments are made up of customer service representatives who handle any questions you have about
modular home kits, administrative staff members who handle the ordering and delivery of your home kit; and a drafting department that is made up of
several drafting experts with architectural backgrounds. The combination of these departments will give you the piece of mind you need when building your modular home.
We also offer 100% owner build financing through affiliate companies
(see financing section of the website) this allows you, the buyer,
to finance up to 100% of the cost of building the home, something that
is not available though many home kit companies. This allows you
to get financing while still being your own general contractor.
When buying an Ameripanel home, you will be dealing with trained
and qualified dealers or distributors giving you the best possible
customer service and access to a full staff of experts. Ameripanel
Homes Corp's slogan is "save thousands building your own
home" and you can! Choose from one of our 25 different standard
models, or we can build based on your plans, it's up to you! When
you purchase a home kit from us, whether it's a simple "box"
design or a complex custom home, you will be assigned to one of
our expert drafting designers to help you step by step through
the design of your home. Ask to have your drawings priced for
your home, there's no charge!
We provide a full dry-in weather tight shell, you provide all
